Return & Refund Policy

Our main goal at Origine is that you are 100% satisfied and we will always do our best to make sure you are happy with our products.

Important to notice that if you're a new glasses wearer, you may need to wear them for a week to get used to them before evaluating your experience with Origine and considering a return.

These are our main conditions related to Returns:

  • Only glasses sent back to us within 30 days after they've been received will be accepted, time shown by the postal tracking numbers will be checked
  • Glasses must be unused and in original condition
  • All items (such as boxes, cases, cloths) must be returned in original condition together with the glasses


We will inspect returned products and may only refund you if your returned products are in their original condition. Upon acceptance of a return, we will refund the purchase price to your method of payment. 


If you are not satisfied with you order and you want to return it, please send us an email to making sure you include the following information (if you don’t send us all the below information, we won’t be able to refund you):

- Your Name and Surname
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Email used in the order
- Reason why you want to return your order


You will receive an email from us with the instructions to complete the return. As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund minus shipping cost of:

- Orders from Italy: 5€
- Orders from Europe: 10€
- Orders from other countries*: 15€

*Non-EU countries' returns may have duties/VAT costs added to the shipping costs, related to the importation of the goods to Italy.
